Novice, that’s for sure.

Tonight I watched “What the Health” on Netflix and I was inspired. If you are unfamiliar with the documentary I highly suggest it. Now, I just want to say for all those that have seen it might have the same thought process… Will cutting out processed meat and dairy really help me feel healthier? Currently I am struggling in feeling “happy” in my skin. I am trying to cut out carbs to see if that changes anything and so far nothing. I lost 6 lbs and then gained it back and I have been consistent with what foods I was putting in my stomach. The staple in my household has been pork chops and chicken and now I’m going to cut it out of my diet completely.

Tonight I went to a website called Plant Based on a Budget and they sell meal plans. I purchased the meal plans for $5 per week. The site gives you a shopping list and recipes of plant based foods. Week One starts tomorrow. I will post pictures of my the foods that I prepared. I will document my journey so people know if cutting out processed meats and cheese actually works.
