First Dinner 

Holy cow! I’m so happy that I liked tonight’s recipe. I went out of order due to time restraints. Beans take forever to cook. I need to prep those for another night! 

Tonight’s meal was pasta and vegetables. I found a low carb pasta since I am still trying to maintain my calorie intake. 

Pictured above are all the ingredients I used except the pinto beans (2 hours to cook- not tonight). 



This is the end product. So good. Under 500 calories made with no meat, cheese, or milk! 

I have leftovers which is great since I work retail and have crazy active kids! I’ll keep you all posted on my meals tomorrow 🙂
